Lauryn was an allergen immunotherapy and allergic asthma patient with KCAA during childhood and continues to receive IVIG treatments for immunodeficiency. She was hired at KCAA in 2020 as a registered nurse while working on her DNP degree. As might be expected, she has a passion for treating and managing chronic conditions in patients of all ages. Prior to joining KCAA, she was a nurse in the Cystic Fibrosis and Solid Organ Transplant Units at University of Kansas Hospital.

In her free time, she enjoys running, visiting national parks, experimenting with vegetarian-friendly recipes, and spending time with loved ones, including her dogs Tucker and Maizey.
